Service introduction



        Transcriptome, in a broad sense, refers to the total of all RNAs present in a cell, tissue, or organism under the same environment (or physiological conditions), including messenger RNA (mRNA), ribosomal RNA (rRNA), transfer RNA (tRNA), and non-coding RNA; in a narrow sense, it refers to all mRNA that can be transcribed by cells. Transcriptome sequencing is an important means to study cell phenotype and function, which can analyze the spatial and temporal expression of the entire transcriptome at the cellular or tissue level. Using high-throughput sequencing technology for transcriptome sequencing is a cross-cutting, reliable and effective means to obtain transcriptome information. Compared with traditional chip hybridization platforms, transcriptome sequencing can detect the overall transcriptional activity of any species without the need to pre-design probes for known sequences, providing more accurate quantitative information, higher detection throughput and a wider detection range. It is a powerful tool for in-depth research on the complexity of the transcriptome. By analyzing the expression of transcripts, new genes can be quickly discovered, and SNP and lnDel mutations, variable splicing, and fusion genes can be identified and analyzed.

        Expression profile: The expression levels of all genes or transcripts in the sample can be obtained.


        Differential gene expression: Genes or transcripts with significant expression differences between samples can be identified.


        Gene annotation: The functions of genes or transcripts can be annotated.

            GO and KEGG enrichment: The enrichment of genes or transcripts in biological pathways can be analyzed.
