The extracted DNA can be directly used for PCR, quantitative PCR, Southern Blot, and other experiments. This product has been successfully operated on KingFisher FLEX, ML, DUO nucleic acid extractors, as well as compatible instruments from Xi'an Tianlong Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zhijiang MP-120, Nanodot Smart LabAssist-16, Daan Gene Smart2000, and others.        Results:

        Gel electrophoresis results show comparable extraction efficiency between iPure Tissue DNA Kit and the imported product QIAGEN, for both fresh and frozen samples of liver, kidney, and spleen tissues from mice.

        Additional Features:

        High-quality DNA Amplification: PCR amplification of single-copy genes (850 bp fragment) from bovine tissues and GAPDH gene (266 bp fragment) from mouse tail tissues purified using iPure Tissue DNA Kit demonstrated successful PCR amplification.
