Service introduction
Mitochondrial (mt)/chloroplast (cp) genome sequencing is a high-throughput sequencing of mitochondrial genomes of animals and plants and chloroplast genomes of plants using second/third-generation sequencing platforms. It breaks through the experimental barriers of traditional mt/cpDNA separation and purification, and can directly obtain mitochondrial/chloroplast genomes using total DNA from tissues, and analyze sequence information in depth. By comparative genomics analysis, it can obtain information on species classification, systematic evolution, geographic lineage genetics, etc., including whole-genome sequencing and finished-genome sequencing.
