Metagenomics sequencing

Service Introduction



        Metagenomics sequencing is the high-throughput sequencing of the genomes of microbial communities in a specific environmental sample. It is used to analyze the composition and function of microbial communities, to understand the diversity and abundance of microbial communities, to explore the relationship between microbes and the environment, and to discover and study new genes with specific functions.


        Based on high-throughput sequencing, metagenomics research has the following advantages:


        Many microorganisms in the natural world cannot be cultured in the laboratory, thus expanding the scope of microbial research without the need for isolation and cultivation.


        The method studies the macroscopic features of microbial community diversity, functional genes, etc. in the environment, which more quickly, efficiently, and accurately reflects the true state of microorganisms.


        Without the need for enrichment of genomic fragments in host bacteria, high-throughput sequencing can analyze and explore the species diversity and functional genes in the total microbial community, promoting the wide application of metagenomics in a variety of research fields.

宏基因组学分析内容

总体数据统计分析 

将 reads 与已测序微生物基因组(或参考序列)进行比对,得到物种分类信息以及每个物种上的 reads 个数统计

单个样品中微生物种类及丰度分析,序列聚类 OTU,群落结构分析

  对 reads 组装,得到 contigs 序列,根据 contig 的拼接结果,进行基因预测、基因功能注释、COG 分类、GO 分类、KEGG-KO 分类及KEGG-map 代谢图

  多个样品间比较分析,包括相似度比对,OTU 比较、多样品群落结构分析,PCA(主成分)分析

基因组完整、无降解,电泳结果基因组 DNA 主带在预期位置,清晰,无弥散,cDNA 片段化样品,片段大小符合预期位置

请选择干粉、酒精、TE buffer 或超纯水一种,并在样品信息单中注明

请将样品置于 1.5 ml 管中,做好标记,并用封口膜好,并同《测序样品订单》一起放在塑料样品袋封口,基因组 DNA 如果用乙醇沉淀,可以常温运输。
