        Although the throughput of NGS sequencing is becoming higher and the cost is becoming lower, it still requires a large number of samples, at least hundreds of samples, to achieve statistical significance. The large amount of data analysis makes it not a feasible choice for most genetic laboratories and complex diseases. The application of NGS target enrichment technology has played the potential of NGS sequencing technology, that is, it takes advantage of the high throughput of NGS sequencing technology to reduce the cost of sequencing the target sequence, and greatly reduces the difficulty of analyzing the massive data generated after sequencing.

        The IGEBIO® capture probe synthesis platform utilizes cutting-edge target region enrichment NGS sequencing capture technology and industry-leading DNA synthesis platforms to design and prepare biotin-labeled oligonucleotide hybridization solution-type sequencing capture probes. This technology platform integrates the high throughput, customizability of DNA synthesis platforms and the high specificity and high sequencing depth of oligonucleotide hybridization solution-type sequencing capture technology for target genomic regions. In addition to effectively capturing SNPs, known and unknown mutations such as Indels, Inversion, and Recombination, it can also capture many clinical cancer-related genomic regions with a sequencing depth of more than 10,000 times.
